Satisfaction is guaranteed. For items in the Pup Wax collection, there is no time limit on returns or refunds. For all other items, returns are accepted within a 90-day return window. We only ask that you package any returns in their original packaging. We will take care of return shipping costs. If over 90 days have gone by since your purchase and something is wrong, please send an e-mail letting us know so that we can make it right.

Items must be returned in original packaging. Clothing, jewelry, accessories and bags must be in unused and unworn condition.
